1. Services Provided

GoldenHands offers professional cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:

  • Office Cleaning
  • Warehouse & Factory Cleaning
  • Educational & Community Premises Cleaning
  • End-of-Tenancy and Deep Cleaning
  • Window, Gutter, and Exterior Cleaning
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location.

2. Booking & Cancellations

  • All bookings must be confirmed via email or phone.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • GoldenHands reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in cases of emergencies, unsafe environments, or force majeure.

3. Payments

  • Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and most major credit/debit cards.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure efficient service delivery, customers must:

  • Provide access to the premises at the agreed time.
  • Remove valuable or fragile items from service areas.
  • Notify GoldenHands of any special cleaning requirements or hazards.

5. Liability & Damages

  • While we take great care in our work, GoldenHands is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our staff.
  • Any damage caused during cleaning must be reported within 24 hours for consideration.
  • We hold public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

6. Health & Safety

  • Our staff follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • GoldenHands reserves the right to refuse service in unsanitary or hazardous environments.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during service bookings will only be used for communication and service delivery in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

GoldenHands reserves the right to update these Terms and Services at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
